Just bought a car from here and had nothing short of the greatest possible customer service you could expect. The car was well looked after and suited my needs to a tee. But the real star of the show was the lengths at which Simon went to ensure that my experience in buying a new car was a positive one. Truly going above and beyond by ensuring my car had new parts that were initially only an advisory, reducing the profit from the sale just to ensure that everything was 100%.

There is really no finer example of customer service than what I've experienced here at SSB Motors. The car was a great price and in even greater condition, that alongside the friendly disposition of the staff and welcoming atmosphere guarantees that I'll be back here again. You seriously can't go wrong.

I hated needing to buy a new car after having to deal with dodgy dealers in the past. I bought 2 cars from Simon at SSB Motors last week and the whole experience was fantastic. Both cars are great and running beautifully, each came with a warranty. You can tell that Simon goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Just bought my car from here and Simon was great from start to finish. The car was in excellent condition and looked even better than the pictures. Simon made it very easy and was very professional i arrived at 10am and by 10:30am i had already put down the deposit and drove it home the next day after sorting all paperwork which only took 20mins. Added bonus was that the car came with RAC warranty which gave peace of mind if anything was to go wrong with the car.

I recently bought an Audi A1,from Simon at SSB. After less than a week the car developed a few issues namely the engine management light came on. I was very worried as a garage I'd taken it to said it looks like a major problem. I know it was very expensive to sort as I do know little about cars.
I contacted Simon & honestly he could not have been more helpful. He gave me a choice, my money back or offered to sort the car out at his cost. I chose for him to sort the problems. I know it was an expensive problem to sort but Simon was true to his word & made the car perfect. So nice to know there are still some good honest people out there. I can not recommend SSB Motors more highly, superb service a great car & a true gent & a pleasure to deal with. 100% I'll be using SSB Motors again. Full 5 stars from me 😁

We bought an Audi A6 from Simon earlier this week and we are very happy with it. The car is in great condition with one owner from new and the price was very reasonable.
